Customer and Supplier Portal
With the help of a grant from the Transport iNet we will be very shortly launching a new supplier and customer web based portal. The portal has been designed for us by Canda systems and links directly to our MRP system providing us with up to date information on our supplier’s performance as well as providing them with on line purchase orders and non conformance reports. The customer side of the portal is brand new to Canda and was requested by Swiftool to allow our customers to login and track the progress of their parts, this will inform them of the stage at which manufacture has reached and a percentage completion as well as a module to keep the customer up to date on stock levels allowing them to make decisions without the need to contact a member of our team which is especially useful for our of hours or time zone effected enquiries.
