This month we have successfully launched our first in class (MTO) automated scheduling system with the addition of AI . The VIPER 2 system, which is a registered trademark through SPE is a real time automated scheduling system, providing the highest delivery, reliability and complete production control. Our new system heat maps capacity, anticipates resource and manages our make to order production.
Latest developments on VIPER 2 enable AI to automatically allocate work based off of the works order routing whilst cross referencing machine capacity & load. VIPER II can calculate the average performance of a job and takes this into account when scheduling – whilst allowing the scheduler to allocate custom buffer pools to facilitate any unforeseen delays.
