Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Check materials and parts certification for conformance to Purchase Order / Specification.
  • GRN receipt of Goods onto Progress MRP.
  • Allocate Works Orders to Stock.
  • Liaise with Supplier to resolve issues.
  • Keep updated GRN log for Batches and Errors – KPI data.
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve PO / WO issues.
  • Check Certification for Free Issue Material (FIM) and Booking to stock.
  • Control of Rolls Royce FIM problem Tracker – liaising with customer to resolve FIM shortage issues.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels on progress and Updating Material Stock database.
  • Maintain traceability of all raw materials and parts.
  • Stock / inventory checking.
  • Stock adjustments and write off stock.
  • Stock / inventory and work order investigating.
  • Pull from stock sale orders.
  • Capacity report and batch card organisation
  • Pull material / purchase order receipt and loading / unloading when required.
  • Communication with suppliers / customers and other departments within SPE
  • Occasional MHD operative duties as and when required
  • Adhere to health and safety responsibilities at all times.
  • Comply with policies and procedures.
