To provide a professional Front of House Service to improve customer experience. Front of House responsibility is vital to the success of the business and is crucial to make a first and lasting impression. To be the public face of the company and welcome all guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner. PA duties to Company directors

Front of House Responsibilities

  • To deliver a welcoming, professional, positive, attentive and genuine attitude.
  • To meet and greet visitors and respond to their individual needs in a friendly and efficient manner
  • To respond positively to all questions and requests
  • To provide accurate information and proactively promote the company.
  • To provide exceptional service, exceed expectations and to create unforgettable experiences.
  • Respond appropriately to unannounced visitors
  • Ensure necessary security measures are adhered to for all visitors and guests
  • Monitor car ark usage
  • Facilitate all call handling
  • Meeting room preparation and close down
  • Managing all meeting room booking
  • Take care of meeting room resources
  • Monitor/Replenish all drink stocks
  • Order lunch buffets as required

PA Responsibilities

  • acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • organising events and conferences
  • reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • managing databases and filing systems
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • collating and filing expenses
  • miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit
