Main Duties and Responsibilities:

·Liaising with production, purchasing and sales teams regarding schedule/production/delivery queries/issues.

·Excellent planning skills and the ability to respond within time frames and deadlines

·Communicating with suppliers regarding certification and certification amendments.

·Creation and control of purchase orders as required. – ordering products or services as advised

·Arranging and co-ordinating collection and delivery of products.

·Basic reporting

·Data entry in the format of word templates, spread sheets and MRP Systems. Using the companies MRP system.

·Compiling documentation packs for the customer and using customer portals.

·Submittal and tracking of quality records for customer approval.

·General administration duties: checking, copying, scanning and archiving of documents.

·Up loading & control of quality documents to customer’s portal, using the Internet.

·Answering overflow telephone calls as required.

·Adhere to health and safety responsibilities at all times.

·Comply with policies and procedures.
